Baby It’s Cold Outside

We got several more inches of snow the night before last. And wind. This was on top of the snow and wind we’d gotten just a few days before that.

So the guys spent most of the morning clearing the snow so that all the chores could get done and the cattle could get fed.

Part of me wonders if they love the snow so that they can use their little toy to clear it.

But then they come in with icicles hanging from their eyelashes and I decide maybe they’d rather it was sunny and seventy-five.

Of course, Abby showed me a picture of a patrolman in Alaska standing in front of a bank sign showing 53 degrees below zero. So when you look at it that way, our ten below is a heat wave. It’s all relative, I guess.
