Clint, Marci, Joe, Dad, Will, Matt, and I went to a Beef Quality Assurance meeting at the Creston Sale Barn last night. The purpose of the meeting was to educate producers on safe cattle handling practices and care. Some of the major meat processing facilities are requiring producers to be BQA certified to sell beef, so producers were eager to attend.
