I love this picture of Dad from a cattle drive this weekend. And to think, today he’s headed to Des Moines to get his knee replaced. Yep. It’s true. After several years of pain and discomfort, we finally talked him into seeing a doctor. And two weeks later, he’s scheduled to have a knee replacement. We couldn’t believe he was able to get in so quickly, but there was an opening due to a cancellation and he took it.
So if you get a chance today and would be willing to send up a prayer for a successful surgery and quick, complete recovery, that would be great.
