Last week I posted about Rhett’s Taco Triangles and said I would post the recipe and I am just getting around to that. So here it is!
1 can Crescent rolls
1 pound ground beef
¾ c. Salsa
2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 c. shredded cheese
Heat oven to 375. Brown hamburger and add everything but the rolls. Spread 4 rolls onto a cookie sheet and press slightly to enlarge. Place about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture on the crescent roll. Cover with another crescent roll and press the edges together.
Bake for 14-17 minutes and top with sour cream, lettuer, salsa, or whatever else suits your fancy.
