Last week I posted about Rhett’s Taco Triangles and said I would post the recipe and I am just getting around to that. So here it is!
1 can Crescent rolls
1 pound ground beef
¾ c. Salsa
2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 c. shredded cheese
Heat oven to 375. Brown hamburger and add everything but the rolls. Spread 4 rolls onto a cookie sheet and press slightly to enlarge. Place about 1/3 cup of the meat mixture on the crescent roll. Cover with another crescent roll and press the edges together.
Bake for 14-17 minutes and top with sour cream, lettuer, salsa, or whatever else suits your fancy.
Also, the fashionista in the family is…JOE! As Abby may have pointed out in the comments. HA!
Well, we are getting ready to pour some concrete and work a boat load of cattle (figuratively speaking) so I better get to it.
Have a great day!
