Thanksgiving

On Friday everyone went to Mom and Dad’s for Thanksgiving. We had a great time.
It’s been a tradition for the last several years to take family pictures at our Thanksgiving feast. And this year was no exception.

Early in the afternoon, Beck and the girls went up to find “The Spot” to take pictures. We have to have a fairly good sized area to fit everybody in, so it took some searching. Then Beck had Mom, Abby, Lindsay and Jessica pose. And do you want to know something about Jessica? She always looks good in pictures. Everyone else may be making faces or have their eyes shut or be looking away from the camera, but not Jessica.

Then everyone else showed up and the picture taking began. I love this picture of Joe’s family.

And this picture is so good! I think I mentioned it before, but Clint partakes in No-Shave November, so he always has a beard for family pictures. But guess what, we decided next year we would take pictures on Labor Day! So no more beard!

I can’t get over how much Rhett looks like Will.

Then after all the pictures were taken, we got to eat! Clint smoked a delicious turkey. I look forward to that every year. I’m not sure how he prepares it exactly, but it is my favorite.
