Windy Day

Monday we had a really windy day. Since I wasn’t feeling very well Bon was a huge help and took the boys and went and picked up rocks. Brook took a nap like the good girl she is. Emma wanted to go with Joe to help him chore. Before they left Emma came and told me I had to do something to her hair. I wasn’t really catching what she was saying so finally Joe informed me that he told Emma to tell me to button down her hair. Now I have never heard it put that way before. Pin it back, put it up, that I have heard. Button it down, never.

So I “buttoned it down”. I had to put a few different hair ties and clips to get all that beautiful hair out of her face but I got it done.

She is adorable.
